Intimate and refined atmospheres, authentic and elegant services tailored to the needs of an international clientele seeking a truly exclusive stay—marked by privacy and relaxation—just steps away from Capri’s iconic Piazzetta. Nestled within a lush Mediterranean garden is Pazziella Garden & Suites, one of the island’s oldest and most unexpected hotels. Originally built in the early 1900s as a private villa and transformed into a hotel in the 1950s, the property has been fully renovated by the Salvatore Naldi Group, the hospitality group behind the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo and the Rome Marriott Grand Hotel Flora. Today, it stands as an elegant estate of 25 ultra-luxurious suites.
The Property
The hotel has been entirely redesigned by the interior design team at Salvatore Naldi Group, led by owner Teresa Coscia Naldi in collaboration with architect Rosanna Coscia. Together, they worked with renowned Italian and local artisans to infuse each space with a true Caprese style—featuring hand-painted tiles, parquet floors, travertine stone, antique furniture, custom site-specific design elements, luxurious textiles, and contemporary accessories. Each of the uniquely decorated suites is located within two charming villas surrounded by greenery. Private pools, sea-view balconies and terraces offering exclusive glimpses of the island, along with dedicated spaces for relaxation and serenity, are just some of the features that distinguish the suites.
The Spaces
From the stone pool set between a majestic magnolia tree and the citrus notes of the garden, to the modern fitness area, the lush seating corners with tables immersed in vegetation, the all-day lounge bar, and the intimate reception area—Pazziella offers a boutique hotel experience for those who wish to enjoy the magic of Capri in an oasis of tranquility while staying right in the heart of the island’s charming town center.
Dining
Pazziella presents a bold and forward-thinking culinary offering, deeply rooted in the rediscovery and enhancement of local identity with creative “incursions,” thanks to Campanella by Quattro Passi, a restaurant open to both guests and outside visitors. This innovative venture was born from the synergy between entrepreneur Francesco Naldi, CEO of Pazziella and always open to new and exciting challenges, and Fabrizio Mellino of the Quattro Passi restaurant in Nerano, a chef awarded three Michelin stars and renowned on the international scene. Both young and already successfully managing their respective family enterprises—Naldi in hospitality and Mellino in fine dining—the pair saw in the restaurant at Pazziella the ideal space to express a cuisine of territory, tradition, memory, research, and vision for the future.
