What you’ll need:
2 Loacker Vanilla Mini Wafers
2 Loacker Chocolate Mini Wafers
2 Scoops-Gelato in a flavor of your choice
Unwrap Loacker Mini Wafers and set on a plate.
Separate the two wafers, setting them side by side on the plate.
Put one small scoop of your favorite gelato on one of the Vanilla wafers and one scoop on the Chocolate Wafer.
Put the other wafer on top of the gelato to create a sandwich.
