An Instrument of Peace

“Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.”
— Prayer traditionally attributed to Saint Francis of Assisi

On 25 November, the day preceding Gala Italia, the world observes the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

To mark this important occasion, All About Italy will present a special photographic exhibition at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West, inspired by the Franciscan message of peace and reconciliation.

An Instrument of Peace celebrates the universal values of dignity, respect and humanity, inviting guests to reflect through the expressive language of photography. Presented in dialogue with the themes of the evening, the exhibition adds a further cultural dimension to Gala Italia and its message of encounter, awareness and peace.
