Thanks to the many migrants that reached Brazil between 1880 and 1920, Italian style and culture are very much present in the South American country, especially as far as food and architecture are concerned. This is going to be further reinforced by ‘Heritage‘ the latest project developed by Pininfarina, one of the major ambassador of the Italian design. The futuristic skyscraper, inspired by an aerodynamic shape, is located in the desirable Leopoldo Couto Magalhaes Junior street in the elegant area of Itaim Bibi of São Paolo.
Combining elegance with fluidity, the single tower rises 32 floors and features only 31 spacious apartments with one unit per floor ranging from 570 to 700 square meter, all apartments with large balconies overlooking unobstructed views of the city. The Heritage amenities offer luxurious experiences for all members of the family to enjoy including indoor and outdoor adult pools, a fun-sized kids pool, a kids area and playground, a tennis court, relaxing lounges, a bar, a ballroom with an outdoor terrace, a state-of-the-art gym, a soothing spa and more.
Moreover, each apartment features a garage with 6 to 8 parking spots to allow residents to comfortably store their vehicles. In consideration of the fact that the garage is the first experience residents and guests will encounter when arriving at Heritage, Pininfarina gave to these areas special consideration in order to ensure a comfortable and positive atmosphere.
