Building on last year’s successful partnership, The Charles Hotel Munich and renowned international luxury brand MCM Worldwide, founded in Munich in 1976, are collaborating for the second year in a row, continuing the partnership that began in 2024 with an extraordinary interpretation of the holiday theme and various guest benefits.
For this year’s winter season, MCM invites guests to board the Holiday Express, whose journey ends on the imaginary Holiday Planet. As a reference to the theme of space travel, rockets and robot creatures adorn the six-meter-high tree in the center of the hotel lobby. Shiny silver MCM Rabbots under the tree emphasize the cosmic character. Shiny gold and copper-colored glittering balls round off the decoration and create a festive atmosphere.
Every day, one guest is surprised with a charming gift from the MCM Advent calendar, while younger guests can look forward to a space-themed balloon when they check in. In addition, there is an MCM gift voucher for purchases in the Munich store or online, as well as an exclusive MCM gift for guests staying in the suites.
Originally founded as Modern Creation Munich at a time when Munich was establishing itself as the center of the jet-set lifestyle, MCM today stands for a successful combination of tradition and innovation. As an urban, cosmopolitan, and international fashion house, MCM is a perfect partner for the Munich-based Rocco Forte Group. With this collaboration, The Charles Hotel is once again demonstrating its commitment to its Bavarian location.
The F&B team at Munich’s Rocco Forte hotel also ensures moments of indulgence at the Florio Restaurant and its bar. With a variety of menu options and an Advent brunch on three dates, guests can relax and enjoy the festive season, escaping the sometimes hectic period before and around Christmas.

Equally tempting is a break in the hotel’s own spa and the hassle-free gift shopping in the hotel’s gift shop.
